• How do I use fonts with SandollCloud?
  1. Install SandollCloud PC before using the fonts.
  2. Log in with your registered information.
  3. Select [Manage My Fonts] from the installed SandollCloud PC.
  4. Activate the fonts you want to use from [Manage My Fonts].
  5. Activated fonts can be deactivated again from [Manage My Fonts].
  6. If the activated fonts are not applied, press the synchronization button on SandollCloud PC.

• What is the scope of use for SandollCloud?

  Through SandollCloud, all results produced can be freely used without worrying about license restrictions. For detailed information on the scope of use, please refer to the Font Usage Guidelines for each individual product at the bottom of the homepage.
  
  However, SandollCloud does not directly provide font files as it is a cloud service.
  
  For embedding services that require font files (such as electronic devices, home appliances, software, servers, websites, etc., where font files are directly or modifiedly embedded), you need to purchase a separate license suitable for your intended use.

• After the expiration of the subscription period, what happens to the work created using the fonts?

  Works completed with the fonts of the appropriate subscription during the duration can still be maintained and used as they are even after the expiration of the period.
  
  However, new creations using the fonts are not possible. If new creations are needed, you can repurchase the appropriate product and use it.

• Would it be compatible with the program I’m using?

  The supported programs compatible with SandollCloud can be found at the bottom of each product page under Supported Programs.

• How can I apply for the SandollCloud Starter Pack?

  If you're new to Sandoll Cloud, you can try various brand fonts for free without payment for 14 days through the Starter Pack!
  During the Starter Pack period, fonts can only be used for non-commercial purposes. Once the trial period ends, no automatic charges will occur, and the service will automatically deactivate.
  
  Here’s how to apply for the Starter Pack:
  
  1. Log in to the SandollCloud website > Click "Get Started"
  2. Click [Get Starter Pack] or [Get Starter Pack Coupon]
  3. Download SandollCloud and activate the fonts to start using them
